Parenting teenage children provides considerable joys and burdens for which there is often little public help.

Talking about sex and relationships can be difficult for many adults. For parents talking to your teenagers about this can seem even more difficult. However help is at hand.

Parentline Plus takes thousands of calls from parents and many of these are mums, dads, step-parents and others caring for children who are concerned about their teenagers. Problems range from mood swings and arguments to sex, drugs and exam stress.
